With graduation rapidly approaching, I am gearing up the resume for internships and jobs. I have even applied to a few out of state. Those are usually temporary and dream jobs but hey nothing ventured nothing gained. I want to hit the ground running. I want what most of us came to college for: a good job that pays well. I refuse to fail.

It might mean I take something that pays a livable wage until I can get a job in my field or start my own company. There is risk in everything but doing nothing has never been an option.

The one interview question I hate is “where do you see yourself in five years?” Is there an answer other than successful. I suppose I could define that but it would be having a decent quality of life, disposable income and being comfortable.
