A little weight gain during summer break is usually a given, when you’re having a lot of fun. Now it’s time to shed that extra fat! If you’re among the majority of people like me who wants to stay fit, but don’t want to join a gym, this post is for you.
Now, here are few ideas that might help you get fit this fall. It’s a good idea to go for an early morning walk or evening jogs at some of Albuquerque’s beautiful parks. I usually go to Roosevelt Park, the UNM Duck Pond, and Johnson Field. Here are few pictures which might get you motivated. Running is what I have been doing to stay fit these days. Then of course, there are a lot of sporting activities that you can do around town, which can be a big help. I like to play racket ball and tennis, it’s fun and at the same time helps you maintain your fitness.
Finally, another cool way to exercise is to go cycling. Using your bike to commute and going a few miles every day helps you to boost that fitness level. So, this is one of my goal for this semester – to stay as fit and athletic as possible.
